Porzio Governmental Affairs is proud to announce that Jacy L. Lance, Director of Public Affairs, has been named to the Greater Atlantic City Chamber of Commerce’s 2025 “20 Under 40” list, which recognizes young, dynamic leaders who are shaping the future of the region.
Jacy is being recognized for her leadership and impact in public affairs, including her pivotal role in organizing the Chamber’s Policy Impact Series featuring Jack Ciattarelli, managing every detail of his visit from start to finish. Her work exemplifies the dedication and effectiveness that have made her a rising leader in the region.
At Porzio, Jacy develops strategic public affairs campaigns that help clients translate complex policy goals into effective advocacy, achieving meaningful legislative and regulatory outcomes. Her work has contributed to key policy successes, including the passage of the “Medical Aid in Dying for the Terminally Ill Act” for Compassion & Choices, as well as initiatives to grow membership and strengthen communications for a variety of membership-based Association clients.
Before joining Porzio, Jacy led communications and research for the New Jersey Gasoline, C-Store, Automotive Association (NJGCA) and held roles in both campaign strategy and nonprofit advocacy. She continues to demonstrate leadership beyond her professional work, serving as the President of the Ocean Township Republican Club and as an Elected County Committeewoman for Ocean Township District 14. She is also a member of the Bipartisan Coalition for Women’s Appointments and serves on the Board of the Women’s Political Caucus.
Jacy’s recognition as one of the region’s top young professionals reflects her dedication to impactful advocacy, her commitment to public service, and her growing influence in shaping policy across New Jersey.
Honorees will be recognized at the 2025 Business Excellence Awards on December 2, 2025 at the Linwood Country Club in Linwood, NJ.
