Porzio Governmental Affairs (PGA) has secured its position as a leader in New Jersey’s lobbying landscape, ranking third among law firms with a government affairs practice according to the latest report from the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission (ELEC).

In 2024, PGA reported $1.68 million in receipts, a 26% year-over-year increase, marking one of the largest gains among all lawyer-lobbying firms. This growth reflects the firm’s expanding influence in Trenton and its increasing role in shaping state policy.

The ELEC report also noted that total lobbying expenditures in New Jersey hit $103 million—the highest level since 2020—with more than 900 registered lobbyists representing a record-breaking 2,530 clients statewide.

What sets PGA apart is its singular focus on New Jersey. Its government affairs practice is—and always has been—“New Jersey all day, every day,” consistently delivering strong results for clients across diverse industries.

PGA’s continued momentum underscores its effectiveness in shaping critical state issues—from budget negotiations to public policy reform—at a time when total lobbying expenditures in New Jersey have surged past $103 million. As the demand for informed, locally rooted advocacy grows, PGA stands out as a trusted go-to partner for businesses, associations, and nonprofits seeking real impact in the Garden State.
