Sal Anderton, Of Counsel at Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C., and Vice President at Porzio Governmental Affairs, has been elected as the Secretary and General Counsel of the New Jersey Manufacturing Extension Program (NJMEP). 

Holding positions at both Porzio, Bromberg & Newman and its lobbying subsidiary Porzio Governmental Affairs, Mr. Anderton brings a wealth of experience to the NJMEP, from legislative and regulatory knowledge to his work in employment law. In his new role, Mr. Anderton will provide legal counsel and guidance to the organization, as well as support its mission to help New Jersey manufacturers improve their competitiveness and productivity.

Mr. Anderton’s election as Secretary and General Counsel of the NJMEP reflects his ongoing commitment to supporting the growth and success of New Jersey’s manufacturing sector. With his extensive experience and knowledge, he is well-positioned to help the organization continue its mission and make a meaningful difference for manufacturers across the state.

The NJMEP is a private not-for-profit that aims to improve the efficiency of New Jersey manufacturers to allow them to compete in national and international markets. The organization was established in 1996 to aid small and medium-sized New Jersey manufacturers in adopting efficient and profitable business practices.
