Porzio Governmental Affairs (PGA), a leader in strategic government relations and public policy advocacy, announced today that Tiffany Harris‑Delaney, MBA, MPA has joined the firm as a Director, bringing more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in New Jersey government operations, economic development, and public-sector strategy.

In her new role, Tiffany works with clients to navigate governmental processes and advance public-private initiatives, leveraging her extensive experience across New Jersey municipalities to align development and business goals with local, state, and federal priorities.

Prior to joining PGA, Tiffany held senior leadership positions in some of New Jersey’s largest municipalities, including the Cities of Paterson and East Orange. She has overseen major redevelopment projects, managed multimillion-dollar municipal budgets, and secured competitive state and federal grant funding to support infrastructure investment, corridor revitalization, and downtown redevelopment.

“Tiffany’s extensive experience and collaborative approach make her an outstanding addition to our team,” said Lynn Nowak, Executive Vice President of Porzio Governmental Affairs.

“Tiffany’s career has been spent in and around New Jersey state and local government.  Given her extensive network and excellent reputation, this new role is a natural next step for her and PGA is excited to have her join,” added Vice President and General Counsel Sal M. Anderton.

“Tiffany has a keen eye on policy development. She is a natural problem solver. Her ultimate goal is for government to function more effectively and efficiently,” said Vice President Barbara DeMarco.

“Throughout my career, I’ve focused on driving sustainable growth and creating meaningful impact in the community,” said Harris‑Delaney. “At Porzio Governmental Affairs, I look forward to helping clients navigate complex public-sector challenges and turning ideas into actionable results.”

Tiffany’s arrival comes as part of PGA’s continued growth, following the integration of Association Business Solutions and the addition of Paula Harrington and Karla Pollack. These strategic expansions strengthen the firm’s capabilities and broaden its services to clients across government, nonprofit, and association sectors.

Tiffany holds an MBA, a Master of Public Administration in Operational Inspection & Oversight, and a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration. Her career reflects a longstanding commitment to public service, operational excellence, and meaningful community impact.
