Assemblywoman Shavonda Sumter recently introduced her first NJ Women’s Power List, showcasing the trailblazing women in New Jersey breaking barriers. The 2023 list featured strong representation from the Porzio Governmental Affairs team, including Lynn M. Nowak, Executive Vice President, and Barbara DeMarco, Vice President.
The inaugural list follows in the footsteps of Former State Senator Loretta Weinberg who produced a similar annual list during her tenure in the State Senate. In a celebratory introduction, Weinberg applauds Sumter’s efforts, recognizing the list’s significance in addressing gender underrepresentation in NJ politics and celebrating advocates for equality.
